Flores elected chairwoman of foundation’s board

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP partner June Wiyrick Flores was recently elected to serve as chairwoman of the Randall Children鈥檚 Hospital Foundation鈥檚 Board of Trustees. The foundation advocates and raises money for Randall Children鈥檚 Hospital at Legacy Emanuel. Flores has served on the board of trustees since 2013. She provides sophisticated and personalized estate plans to meet clients鈥� objectives, and helps them achieve beneficial tax results from business formations, governance structures, reorganizations and dissolutions, and mergers and acquisitions.
