Mackenzie has hired Chris Blakney as senior economist. He has worked with public- and private-sector clients from across the Pacific Northwest for more than 12 years, managing projects ranging from due diligence studies and feasibility analyses to economic development and impact analyses. He has been involved in the development of land parcels in Oregon and Washington, including a project modernizing Oregon鈥檚 industry site certification program and a feasibility analysis related to the Hassalo on Eighth project. Before joining Mackenzie, Blakney spent 12 years at Johnson Economics.
