Xiaoyue Jiao has joined DCI Engineers as a structural project engineer. Jiao holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in structural engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. She previously worked as a project engineer with NIC Structural Engineering Consultants and as a structural engineer intern with Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. She currently is working on the West Coast Coffee addition and Hyatt Regency projects.
