PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. has added former Port of Vancouver USA CEO Todd Coleman as the firm’s port sector manager. He served the Port of Vancouver USA for 15 years, beginning as facilities manager in 2001 and eventually rising to the role of CEO and executive director, a position he held for four years. Under his leadership, the port’s annual operating revenue increased from $32 million to $38 million. Coleman also successfully guided the port’s 45-mile rail expansion to completion, a project that was finished nearly $80 million under budget. In his new position with PBS, he will spend a significant portion of his time in eastern Washington, providing outreach to port organizations.
