Keith Dubanevich, a trial and appellate lawyer with Stoll Berne, has been appointed as a commissioner with the Oregon Law Commission. It’s the neutral, nonpartisan legislative reform body for the state of Oregon. The Legislature created the commission in 1997 to conduct a continuous program of law reform. Dubanevich has more than 30 years of experience in more than a dozen different jurisdictions around the country. He focuses his practice on complex dispute resolution and has extensive experience handling multi-state and international antitrust cases, consumer litigation and securities disputes.
