Winter named Hart Crowser CEO

Hart Crowser has named David Winter chief executive officer. During 26 years with the firm, he has led company expansion plans and identified, negotiated and integrated acquisitions of other companies. As a senior engineer, he has managed high-profile geotechnical and environmental projects in the U.S., Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America. Winter also has been a strong proponent of Hart Crowser鈥檚 initiative to help communities become disaster resilient.
