OnPoint Community Credit Union has named Stephen Owen senior vice president/chief operations officer. He has more than 13 years of experience, most recently as chief retail and marketing officer at First Tech Federal Credit Union; he also previously held senior leadership positions at Travelex Currency Services, Bank of America and Honeywell. Owen will help drive OnPoint鈥檚 continued investment in operations, marketing and member services.
