Permits issued

  • Adidas was issued a $1.5 million permit for a tenant improvement at its office facility at 5115 N. Greeley Ave. The work will include a full remodel of subgrade levels, including new walls. The contractor is R&H Construction.
  • 20 Alberta South LLC/Nate Celko was issued a $430,000 permit to alter the core and shell of the building constructed in 1913 at 2016 N.E. Alberta St. in Northeast Portland. The architect is MCA Architects and the contractor is Bulldog Mechanical. This summer, Bureau of Development Services officials inspected the former home of Mercado Don Pancho for structural defects.
  • LOCA LLC was issued a $3 million permit for a tenant improvement for a first-time tenant – a grocery store – at the Goat Blocks development at 1090 S.E. Belmont St. in the Buckman neighborhood. The builder is R&H Construction. (Andersen Construction is the contractor for the larger Goat Blocks project.)
  • Double Springs LLC of Milwaukie was issued a $695,419 permit to build a two-story mixed-use building at 8624 S.E. 17th Ave. The ground floor will include two tenant spaces, one that will serve a day care tenant. The builder is Lorentz Bruun Construction and the designer is Brandon Lobdell.
  • Portland Parks and Recreation was issued a $1.3 million permit to replace track and field surfaces with synthetic turf at Lents Park, 4700 S.E. 88th Ave. Bleachers, fencing and an infiltration system will be added. The applicant is Fields Inc. of Canton, Ga. and the contractor is Sports Fields Inc. of Canton, Ga.
  • DPF OR I LC-185 LLC of Reno, Nevada, was issued three permits valued at slightly more than $7.5 million in total for construction of speculative warehouse buildings and a 200-foot trash enclosure at 4251 N.E. 185th Drive and 4321 N.E. 185th Drive. The applicant is Mackenzie and the contractor is Perlo Construction Group.
