Mackenzie has promoted Todd Johnson to director of land use planning to replace Tom Wright, who is preparing to retire. Johnson will oversee all Mackenzie planning operations in its offices in Portland, Seattle and Vancouver, Washington. He has more than two decades of land-use planning experience, including the past 12 in Vancouver, where Mackenzie opened an office in 2004. He has actively assisted metro-area municipalities鈥� efforts to establish design standards and streamline development codes.
