  • Early assistance is pending for a proposed mixed-use project that would include a commercial clinic and 176 apartments at 25 N.E. 122nd Ave. The apartments would consist of a mix of transitional housing studios and single-room-occupancy units for medically fragile clients. A below-grade parking garage would have spaces for approximately 75 vehicles, and the ground floor and second level would contain the clinic space. The applicant is Mariah Kiersey of Ankrom Moisan Architects, and the owners are Barbara Morrison, and Wendy Klein of Central City Concern.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposed four-story, 51-unit apartment building with on-site parking at 6847 N. Interstate Ave. The applicant is Doug Circosta of Doug Circosta Architect LLC, and the owner is Touchstone Communities LLC, which is registered to developer Terry Brandt.
