Baker tapped to lead Anderson Perry office

Anderson Perry and Associates’ Troy Baker, a professional engineer, is now the head of its Prineville office. He has served the company for 19 years, and previously worked in its La Grande office. Baker is a senior engineer and project manager with more than 20 years of experience specializing in water and wastewater engineering.
