Permits issued

• MCA Architects was issued a $14 million permit to combine the Woodlark Building at 813 S.W. Alder St. with the Cornelius Hotel into a single hotel structure with 150 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and retail space. The contractor is LCG Pence.
• Woofter Architecture was issued a $12.73 million permit to add foundations, structural elements, envelope, underground plumbing and site work at 930 S.W. Hall St.
• MVUAA LLC of Portland was issued a $9.53 million permit to build a four-story, 72-unit apartment building at 7711 S.W. Capitol Highway. The project will involve 40 parking stalls and two retail spaces. The contractor is Bremik Construction.
• Hoyt 20 Apartments LLC was issued a $5.83 million permit to build a six-story, 59-unit apartment building with parking and retail space at 620 N.E. 20th Ave. in the Kerns neighborhood. The contractor is Essex General Construction Inc. of Eugene.
• K&C Custom Homes LLC of Vancouver, Washington, was issued a $607,086 permit to build a three-story, six-unit apartment building and landscaping at 6400 N. Montana Ave. The contractor is K&C Custom Homes LLC of Portland.

Permit intakes

• The city of Portland is pursuing a $4.39 million permit to perform waterproofing repairs at the Pioneer Courthouse Square public event space at 701 S.W. Sixth Ave. The architect is SRG Partnership. The space was built in 1984, according to the Bureau of Development Services website. The bathrooms will be remodeled and some building materials will be replaced.
• Marion Skoro and Mirela Skoro are pursuing permits to build a three-story apartment building with 12 units at 6805 S.E. 52nd Ave. The architect is Allusa Architecture.
• Dozer Construction LLC is pursuing a $585,990 permit for a two-story, seven-unit apartment building at 9525 N. Lombard St. Dozer Construction LLC is also the architect and contractor.
• Bruneau Investments LLC of Camas, Washington, is pursuing a $600,000 permit to construct a pre-engineered metal building at 4672 N.E. Columbia Blvd. The contractor is Silco Commercial Construction LLC and the architect is Dimoff Designs.
• The Port of Portland is pursuing a $5.22 million permit to build a parking area to store new automobiles at a site in the Leadbetter Addition. No address was listed.
• LBA Realty Fund II-WBP III LLC of Carlsbad, California, is pursuing a $1.68 million permit to build a 35,000-square foot warehouse building at 17800 N.E. Riverside Parkway.
