Willa B. Perlmutter has joined Stoel Rives LLP鈥檚 natural resources group as of counsel in its Portland office. She counsels mine operators and other industrial clients in regard to Mine Safety and Health Act compliance, represents them during government and internal investigations and defends them against administrative enforcement actions issued by regulatory agencies. Perlmutter previously served as counsel at Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C. She is licensed to practice law in Alaska, Connecticut and the District of Columbia; however, she is not currently licensed to practice in Oregon.
