ARCHITECTURE

Michael Payne has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as a project architect. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management and construction administration. He has worked on multifamily housing, commercial and retail projects. Payne, a registered architect in Oregon, has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in architecture from the University of Oregon.
