Otak adds Zegarra as engineering intern

Jose Zegarra has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as an engineering intern. He has two years of experience, including development of engineering design documents for commercial and residential projects. He also has served as an engineering technician for Portland鈥檚 Bureau of Environmental Services. Zegarra has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from the University of Portland.
