Brenda Meltebeke has joined Tonkon Torp鈥檚 business department as a partner. She has practiced law in Portland for more than 20 years, most recently at Ater Wynne LLP. She has a broad corporate and securities law practice that serves startups and early stage companies, as well as more mature entities. She represents venture capital and angel funds in the formation stage, as well as in their investments in portfolio companies. She also has substantial experience in business counseling and general corporate law. Meltebeke will split her time between Tonkon Torp鈥檚 downtown Portland headquarters and its Pearl District office.
