Kidder Mathews names Frame president

As the result of two years of succession planning, Bill Frame will become Kidder Mathews’ president. He will be responsible for all operations in the firm’s 17 offices in five states on the West Coast. Jeff Lyon will remain chairman and CEO for the foreseeable future. Frame has 26 years of commercial real estate experience, including the past 23 with Kidder Mathews. He is a shareholder in the firm, has been a member of its board of directors for the past 18 years and a managing partner for 16 years.
