Permits issued

  • Gladstone Square Limited Partnership of Portland was issued three permits totaling $3.5 million to renovate the interior and exterior of all apartment units at 12020 S.E. Gladstone St. in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood. The applicant is MWA Architects and the contractor is LMC Inc.
  • Macadam Apartments LLC of Beaverton was issued a $6.4 million permit to build a four-story multifamily building with 31 units and a three-story multifamily building with 33 units at 5885 S.W. Macadam Ave. The buildings will be connected by a sky-bridge. The applicant is Jivanjee Circosta Architecture and the contractor is Keyway Corp.
  • Couch9 LLC was issued a $629,789 permit on a deferred submittal for metal panel exterior siding at 125 N.W. Ninth Ave. in Old Town Chinatown. The contractor is Walsh Construction.

  • CH Realty VII-Baranof Portland 184 Self Storage LLC of Dallas, Texas was issued a $7.6 million permit to build a 118,000-square-foot self-storage building at 989 N.E. 61st Ave. in the Rose City Park area. The applicant is Mackenzie and the contractor is Sierra Construction.

  • Front & Pine LLC of Portland is seeking a $2 million permit to add only a mat foundation at 1455 S.W. Broadway in downtown. The applicant is GBD Architects.
