Permits issued

• Gladstone Square Limited Partnership of Portland was issued three permits totaling $3.5 million to renovate the interior and exterior of all apartment units at 12020 S.E. Gladstone St. in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood. The applicant is MWA Architects and the contractor is LMC Inc.

• Macadam Apartments LLC of Beaverton was issued a $6.4 million permit to build a four-story multifamily building with 31 units and a three-story multifamily building with 33 units at 5885 S.W. Macadam Ave. The buildings will be connected by a sky-bridge. The applicant is Jivanjee Circosta Architecture and the contractor is Keyway Corp.

• Couch9 LLC was issued a $629,789 permit on a deferred submittal for metal panel exterior siding at 125 N.W. Ninth Ave. in Old Town Chinatown. The contractor is Walsh Construction.

• Pearl Block 136 LLC was issued a $500,000 permit for metal panel exit stairs and handrails at 1250 Kearney St. in the Pearl District. The applicant is Katie Hoyt and the contractor is Andersen Construction.

• Concordia University was issued a $708,897 permit to build a two-story office building at 6385 N.E. 27th Ave. in the Concordia neighborhood. The applicant is Mackenzie and the contractor is Union Corner Construction Inc.

• CH Realty VII-Baranof Portland 184 Self Storage LLC of Dallas, Texas was issued a $7.6 million permit to build a 118,000-square-foot self-storage building at 989 N.E. 61st Ave. in the Rose City Park area. The applicant is Mackenzie and the contractor is Sierra Construction.

• Vista St. Clair Apartments LLC is pursuing a $2.5 million permit to remove and replace exterior windows with new flashing and waterproofing systems at 1000 S.W. Vista Ave. in Goose Hollow. The applicant is Leeb Architects.

• Rockhill Holdings LLC of Battle Ground, Washington, is pursuing a $614,995 permit for a change of use and remodel for a marijuana grow facility at 10020 N. Vancouver Way in the East Columbia neighborhood. The applicant is Communitecture of Portland.

• Crescent Custom Homes LLC of Happy Valley is pursuing a $1.7 million permit to build a three-story, five-unit apartment building with a tucked-under garage at 2212 S.E. Lambert St. in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood. The applicant is EPR Design LLC and the contractor is Crescent Custom Homes.

• Hungry Harbor Properties LLC of Portland is seeking a $1 million permit to build a three-story building with 13 residential units and a rooftop deck at 1428 S.E. 19th Ave. in the Buckman neighborhood. The applicant is Bob Schatz Architect and the contractor is Heyworth Development of Portland.

• Portland Housework’s LLC is seeking a $613,074 permit to build a three-story six-plex with no parking at 7032 N. Montana Ave. in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood. The contractor is Portland Housework’s.

• Conam Vancouver Williams Owner LLC of San Diego is seeking a $750,000 permit for a deferred submittal for post-tensioned concrete at 2005 N. Williams Ave. in the Eliot neighborhood. The contractor is Pavilion Construction NW of Portland.

• Front & Pine LLC of Portland is seeking a $2 million permit to add only a mat foundation at 1455 S.W. Broadway in downtown. The applicant is GBD Architects.

• William F. Bitar Mgmt. Inc. of Portland is seeking a $766,730 permit to build a new restaurant and drive-thru at 9100 S.E. Powell Boulevard in the Lents neighborhood. The applicant is Freiheit & Ho Architects of Kirkland, Wash.
