Lauren DeMasi has joined Lane Powell as a shareholder in its business department. She is a business lawyer and partnership tax adviser whose practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. She provides advisement related to investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds and funds of funds, and counsels private fund managers and institutional investors regarding regulatory compliance, structure and tax considerations.
