The Port of Portland was issued a $1.5 million permit to install a new fuel system at a warehouse owned by Atlantic Aviation at 7527 N.E. Airport Way. The work includes six double-walled, steel, horizontal storage tanks and fuel transfer equipment. The contractor is American Environmental Assessment Corp of Wyandanch, New York.

The Portland Development Commission is pursuing a $13.6 million permit to build a four-story, 68-unit building. The architect is Carleton Hart Architecture PC.
