Permits issued

• Lenox Addition was issued a $6 million permit to build a 64-unit mixed-use building at 5151 S.E. Holgate Blvd. in the Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood. The project includes ground-floor retail space and on-site parking. The contractor is Rainier Pacific Development.

• Hoyt Street Properties LLC was issued a $4 million permit to build a 21-story condo tower at the Block 20 site, 1150 N.W. Quimby St. in the Pearl District. The applicant is BORA Architects.

• The Port of Portland was issued a $1.5 million permit to install a new fuel system at a warehouse owned by Atlantic Aviation at 7527 N.E. Airport Way. The work includes six double-walled, steel, horizontal storage tanks and fuel transfer equipment. The contractor is American Environmental Assessment Corp of Wyandanch, New York.

• Front & Pine LLC was issued a $2 million permit to build a four-story underground parking at 1455 S.W. Broadway in downtown. The applicant is GBD Architects and the contractor is Balfour Beatty Construction of Dallas, Texas.

• Portland Public Schools is pursuing a $27.7 million permit for updated egress plans to the modernization project at Roosevelt High School at 6941 N. Central St. in St. Johns. The architect is Bassetti Architects and the contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis.

• Owner Carson Building Condominiums Association A&M Carson LLC is seeking a $643,656 permit for a tenant improvement at 1106 W. Burnside St. in downtown. The scope includes new interior partitions and finishes, new toilet rooms and kitchenette. The applicant is Lost Arrow Patagonia of Portland.

• The Portland Development Commission is pursuing a $13.6 million permit to build a four-story, 68-unit building. The architect is Carleton Hart Architecture PC.
