Central City Concern adds Cardinal to board

Michelle Cardinal, founder and CEO of R2C Group in Portland, is now a Central City Concern board member. The board directs and assists the organization in fulfilling its mission to serve people impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. Together, the board brings together a diverse range of expertise to guide the agency in providing housing, access to health care, recovery services and employment.
