ARCHITECTURE

Neal Cousins has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as a project designer. He has more than 10 years of experience, with an emphasis on sustainability. One of his designs, for a school, was done with the goal of zero carbon emissions. He has a degree from the Manchester School of Architecture.
