Otak hires Hengchua as engineer

Sean Hengchua has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as an engineer. He has 10 years of professional experience, and has assisted permit plan submittals, on-site soil boring and analyses and drainage studies for hospital projects. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
