ARCHITECTURE

Philip Pittsenbarger has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as a project architect. He has more than 10 years of experience. Recently, most of his projects have been mixed-use buildings featuring residential units over ground-floor commercial spaces. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
