Permits issued

• Baker’s Building LLC was issued a $526,000 alteration permit for a partial change of occupancy of a building at 1403 S.E. Stark St. from S-1 and F-1 to B. The applicant is Zac Horton of Faster Permits, and the contractor is Deform NW LLC.
• Kal LLC was issued a $17.6 million permit for construction of the second phase of Grant Park Village at 1580 N.E. 32nd Ave. The project is a five-story apartment building with four stories of wood-framed construction over ground-floor concrete and a single level of below-grade parking. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, and the contractor is Walsh Construction Co.

• TMT Development is seeking a $10 million permit for construction of a new four-story, 59-unit mixed-use building with ground-floor retail space and 22 parking stalls at 2310 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd. The applicant is Julio Rocha of LRS Architects, and the contractor is Bremik Construction.
