3J Consulting adds Conner as water resources designer

WATER RESOURCES
Joe Conner has joined 3J Consulting as a water resources designer. He will support the firm鈥檚 water resources team, providing stormwater modeling for a variety of projects. His past work on green streets and wastewater treatment plant upgrades for Portland鈥檚 Bureau of Environmental Services helps inform the firm鈥檚 sustainable stormwater practices. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in environmental engineering from Portland State University.
