Permits issued

• MAW LLC of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, was issued a $670,000 permit to enlarge a dining room at the assisted living facility at 819 N.E. 122nd Ave. in Hazelwood. The project involves converting the north and west building wings from assisted living to memory care. The applicant is Myhre Group Architects and the contractor is Seabold Construction.

• Run Our Dream LLC of Seattle was issued a $7.4 million permit for a tenant improvement at Under Armour’s facility at 2815 S.W. Barbur Blvd. in South Portland. The project will involve new meeting spaces, workshops, gyms, stairs and support space. The contractor is Howard S. Wright of Dallas, Texas.

• Lot 18 LLC of Portland was issued a $1.6 million permit to build a four-story apartment building with 22 units at 6811 N.E. Grand Ave. in the Woodlawn neighborhood. The applicant is CIDA Architects and the contractor is JHC General LLC.

• Holladay Park Plaza Inc. of Portland was issued a $7.6 million permit to build a two-story senior living center with 10 units at 1350 N.E. 17th Ave. near Hillsboro. The contractor has yet to be selected.

• N.E. Dekum LLC of Portland was issued a $1.6 million permit to build a four-story, 22-unit apartment building at 410 N.E. Dekum St. in Woodlawn. The architect is CIDA Architects and the contractor is JHC General.

• Pacific Realty Associates of Tigard was issued six permits totaling $7.4 million for construction of a speculative warehouse at the 17800 block of Airport Way in Northeast Portland. The architect is Mackenzie and the contractor is Sierra Construction of Woodinville, Washington.

• DPF OR I LC-185 LLC of Reno, Nevada, was issued a $3.3 million permit to build a 70,000-square-foot warehouse at 18475 N.E. Riverside Parkway in Portland. The applicant is Mackenzie and the contractor is Perlo Construction.

Permit intakes

• GL-Sandy34 Real Estate LLC of Portland is pursuing a $780,000 permit for a tenant improvement at 3434 N.E. Sandy Blvd. in the Laurelhurst neighborhood. The renovation will add retail space, a restaurant, offices and a mezzanine. The contractor is Deacon Construction.

• SRE Willamette Hospital of Chicago is seeking a $1.4 million permit to renovate the River’s Edge Hotel and Spa at 0455 S.W. Hamilton Court in South Portland. The applicant is SERA Architects and the contractor is Elements of Hospitality Inc.

• TMT Lloyd Retail Inc. of San Francisco is pursuing an $800,000 permit for a tenant improvement at 1423 N.E. Lloyd Center Ave. in the Lloyd District. The applicant is Elder-Jones Inc. of Bloomington, Minnesota.

• XPO Properties Inc. of Portland is pursuing a $532,000 permit on a deferred submittal for post-tensioned concrete at 1721 N.W. 21st Ave. The applicant is ASI of Portland and the contractor is JBA LLC of Portland.

• Redwood PDX LLC of Portland is pursuing a $2.2 million permit to build a four-story building at 2216 N.W. Pettygrove St. in the Northwest District. The applicant is Studio 3 Architecture and the contractor is WDC Construction.

• BCMC Albina LLC of Portland is pursuing three permits totaling around $2.5 million for the construction of three three-story buildings at 16 N.E. Tillamook St. in the Eliot neighborhood. Two of the buildings will have five units and one will have three. The applicant and contractor is Green Hammer of Portland.

• NBP 310 S.E. 12th LLC of Portland is pursuing a $7.6 million permit to build a four-story, 84-unit apartment building at 310 S.E. 12th Ave. in the Buckman neighborhood. The applicant is William Wilson Architects and the contractor is Path Construction.

• Portland Hotel Ownership of Syracuse, N.Y., is pursuing a $665,000 permit on a deferred submittal for exterior metal stud framing at 1355 S.W. Second Ave. The applicant is Trent Fisher of Tigard and the contractor is Widewaters Construction.

• Yamane Development Holding Group 1 of Clackamas is pursuing a $970,000 permit to build a two-story, 19-bed care facility at 15847 S.E. Powell Blvd. in the Centennial neighborhood. The applicant is BAMA Design and the contractor is Mel Construction.
