Meryl Hulteng has rejoined Lane Powell鈥檚 Portland office as an attorney in its litigation practice group.聽She previously worked as a summer associate at Lane Powell, and has additional experience working as a research assistant for University of Oregon School of Law Professor Mohsen Manesh, researching various aspects of Delaware corporate law, including aiding and abetting liability for breach of fiduciary duties and ambiguities in partnership agreements. Hulteng received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
