Charla Skaggs, a senior-level project manager, facilitator and strategic adviser for clients in ports, transportation, and other private and public organizations, has joined Maul Foster & Alongi (MFA) as a senior communications and public outreach specialist. She will draw on her significant expertise in developing strategies that wed political, community and business considerations with long-term communications goals for MFA clients. Skaggs previously held positions at the ports of Seattle and Tacoma and the Washington Public Ports Association. She will support all of MFA鈥檚 offices, including the one in Portland.
