SURVEYING

Randy Clifford has joined Westlake Consultants Inc. as a heavy construction survey crew chief, and will work on a variety of public and private projects. He has 22 years of survey experience, beginning in Georgia and then continuing in Colorado and California. He earned his Professional Land Surveyor license in 2007, and also gained certification in Search and Rescue Tracking Fundamentals.
