  • Early assistance is requested for a project to demolish one apartment building of a fourplex at 3441 S.E. Gladstone St. and build two seven-unit apartment buildings and six townhomes with 10 parking spaces. The applicant is Schuyler Smith of Polyphon Architecture & Design LLC, and the owner is Sewell Properties LLC.

  • A pre-application conference is pending for a proposed six-story multifamily building at 1327 N.W. 19th Ave., which currently is the site of a 132-year-old single-family home. The building would have 82 studio or one-bedroom apartments and ground-floor retail space. The applicant is Robert Thompson of TVA Architects, and the owners are Raspor LLC and Sowders LLC.
  • A Type III conditional use review is sought for construction of a new two-story, 7,780-square-foot fellowship center on the Sacred Heart Church site at 3926 S.E. 11th Ave. The proposal also includes additional parking and a new grand stairway connecting the Southeast 11th Avenue sidewalk with the new building and an existing rectory. The applicant is Kevin Godwin of KMG Designs, and the owner is Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
  • A Type II design review is sought for a new five-story apartment building with ground-floor retail space and underground parking at 33 N. Fargo St. The applicant is Kenneth Moholt-Siebert, and the owner is KDL LLC.
  • A Type II design review is pending for a proposed multistory apartment building at 5009 N. Interstate Ave. An existing retail building at the site would be demolished. The applicant is Bob Thompson of TVA Architects, and the owner is Helen’s Investment Property LLC.

  • A Type III design review with modifications is pending for a proposed eight-story mixed-use building with 134 apartments at 1638 W. Burnside St. The applicant is Paul Jeffreys of Ankrom Moisan Architects, and the owner is Shelton Properties LLC.
  • A Type III design review with modifications is sought for a proposed seven-story apartment building at Southwest Park Avenue and Columbia Street, a quarter-block parcel owned by a limited liability company registered to Greg and Mark Goodman of Downtown Development Group. The applicants are Eric Buschert and Michael Marcus of GBD Architects, and the owner is Front & Pine LLC.
  • A Type III design review with modifications is pending for 5 MLK, Gerding Edlen’s proposed 17-story mixed-use project at the Burnside bridgehead. The proposed project includes 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 112,000 square feet of office space on floors two through six, and 220 apartments on floors seven through 17, as well as 160 below-grade parking stalls. The applicant is Kurtis Fusaro of Gerding Edlen, and the owner is MKB Investment Co.
  • A Type III design review with modifications is sought for a new seven-story mixed-use building at Northwest 15th Avenue and Overton Street. The proposed building would include 68 residential units and 28 structured parking spaces. The applicants are Don Vallaster and Hoang Huynh of Vallaster Corl Architects and Paul Rudinsky of McKenzie River Com LLC, and the owner is Overton15 Office LLC.
  • A Type III land division review is sought to create 12 lots for residential development on a 0.46-acre site at 7134 N. Vancouver Ave., with attached townhouses proposed for each lot. The applicants are Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits and Ben Waechter of Waechter Architecture, and the owner is 7120 Vancouver LLC, which is registered to the Northwest Portland address of developer project^.
