Julie Holmes has joined NAI Elliott. She manages a portfolio of approximately one million square feet of industrial, office, medical office and retail space. Her main responsibilities include managing tenant relations, developing yearly budgets, communicating with owners and vendors, completing annual CAM reconciliations, and overseeing day-to-day operations of properties. Holmes has been involved in commercial property management for over 25 years, mostly in a management capacity. She previously was a property manager in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she oversaw large portfolios of office, medical office and industrial properties.
