Permits issued

  • Stadium SC LLC of Portland was issued a $608,000 permit to decrease the tenant space at 12429 N. Starlight Ave. on Hayden Island. The contractor is JHC Commercial and the applicant is Baysinger Partners Architecture.
  • CE John Properties 65 LLC of Vancouver, Washington, was issued a $5.3 million permit to build a four-story, 51-unit apartment building at 2323 N.W. Savier St. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is GBD Architects and the contractor is John Residential Construction Group.

Permit intakes

  • Portland Office Partners LLC of Palo Alto, California, is seeking a $3.5 million permit to add 7,200 square feet of lobby space at the One Pacific Square Building at 220 N.W. Second Ave. in Old Town Chinatown. The renovation includes retail space, meeting rooms, indoor bike parking and shower rooms. The applicant is Mackenzie.
  • Steiner Corporation of Salt Lake City is pursuing a $500,000 permit to install a laundry conveyor and tanks to the wastewater treatment area at 1441 N. Columbia Blvd. in the Kenton neighborhood. The applicant is Alsco of Salt Lake City.
  • NBP 7119 SE Milwaukie LLC is seeking a $21.3 million permit to build a four-story wood-framed mixed-use building at 7119 N.E. Milwaukie Ave. in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood. The 232-unit building will replace the Fred G. Meyer Memorial Boys & Girls Club. The contractor is PATH Construction and the applicant is William Wilson Architects.
  • JPI Holman LLC of Bend is seeking a $1.4 million permit to build a 10,486-square-foot restaurant building at 11500 N.E. Airport Way in the Parkrose area. The architect is DOWL of Portland.
