Andy Bowen has transferred to WHPacific鈥檚 Portland office as a bridge engineer. He joined the firm鈥檚 office in Boise, Idaho, in 2012, but has relocated to work on a variety of transportation projects. Bowen has more than 15 years of experience handling design and construction of projects including single and multi-span structures over rivers, roadways, canals, pedestrian pathways and retaining walls. His bridge experience includes both steel-plate girder and precast, prestressed girder types. He is a registered Professional Engineer in eight states, including Oregon.
