Sussman Shank LLP has added attorney Robert Kim as an associate in its litigation department. His practice will focus on a broad range of litigation, including complex disputes and government investigations.聽His experience includes antitrust and competition law, white collar defense and investigations, commercial litigation, and securities litigation and regulation.聽Kim has advised and represented companies and individuals in matters involving a variety of industries and technologies.聽Additionally, he has handled pro bono matters relating to immigration, housing and criminal defense issues.聽Kim previously was a senior litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in San Francisco.
