Permits issued

• The city of Portland was issued a $4.4 million permit to perform waterproofing and brick removal and replacement at Pioneer Courthouse Square at 701 S.W. Sixth Ave. in downtown. The applicant is SRG Partnership and the contractor is Balfour Beatty Construction.

• Portland Parks and Recreation was issued a $700,000 permit to remove and replace playground equipment and a drinking fountain at Lents Park at 4700 S.E. 88th Ave. The applicant is Portland Parks and Recreation and the contractor is Raimore Construction.

• Pearl Block 136 LLC of Seattle was issued $1.2 million in permits for deferred submittals at 1250 Kearny St. in the Pearl District. The applicant and contractor is Andersen Construction.

• The Port of Portland was issued a $500,000 permit to build a shell building for two future tenants at 8169 N.E. Air Cargo Road. The applicant is Mackenzie and the contractor is Mackenzie Thames Team Construction.

• SKK LLC of Vancouver, Washington, was issued a $4.5 million permit to build a six-story mixed-use building at 3303 N. Mississippi Ave. in the Boise neighborhood. The applicant is Works Partnership Architecture and the contractor is J.R. Abbott Construction.

• The Portland Development Commission was issued a $30 million permit to build an eight-story mixed-use building at 1250 N.W. Eighth Ave. The applicant is Hacker and the contractor is Balfour Beatty Construction.

• The Port of Portland was issued a $2.9 million permit on a deferred submittal for precast double tees at 7300 N.E. Airport Way. The applicant and contractor is Hoffman Construction.

• The city of Portland was issued a $960,000 permit to increase barrier-free access at the Rose Garden and amphitheater at 240 S.W. Wright Ave. in the Arlington Heights area. The applicant is Greenworks PC and the contractor is Brown Contracting Inc.

• The Oregon State Board of Higher Education is seeking a $646,581 permit on a deferred submittal for an atrium skylight at the Portland State University School of Business Administration at 631 S.W. Harrison St. in downtown. The applicant is Deamor Associates of Ridgefield, Washington.

• Loring St. LLC of Milwaukie is pursuing a $3.6 million permit for a tenant improvement at 1211 N. Loring St. in the Overlook neighborhood. The project will add a tasting room, storage and a distillery. The applicant is Jenn Lanius and Ernest Munch and the contractor is JDL Development Inc.

• Grove Development Inc. is seeking a $2.5 million permit to build a three-story, 30-unit apartment building at 5935 S.W. Virginia Ave. The contractor is Grove Development.

• Bulldog Capital LLC of Lake Oswego is seeking a $500,000 permit for a two-story, four-unit condo building at 835 N.E. 93rd Ave. in the Montavilla neighborhood. The contractor is Crescent Custom Homes.

• Blueberry Development LP is seeking a $3.8 million permit to build a four-story, 39-unit apartment building at 1335 S.E. Stark St. in the Buckman neighborhood. The builder is Essex General Construction.

• Everett Custom Homes is seeking permits totaling $1.4 million to build two three-story sixplexes at 2105 N.E. Davis St. in the Kerns neighborhood. The contractor is Everett Custom Homes.

• 1616 Killingsworth LLC is seeking a $3 million permit to build a four-story mixed-use building at 1616 N.E. Killingsworth St. in the Vernon neighborhood. Floors 2-4 will have a total of 39 residential units. The applicant is Works Progress Architecture. The contractor has not been selected yet.

• Investment 41 LLC is pursuing a $2.1 million permit to build a five-story mixed-use building at 1621 N.E. 41st Ave. in the Hollywood neighborhood. The building will have 27 units and ground-floor commercial space. The applicant is CIDA Architects. The contractor has not been selected yet.

• UDG 14th & Hawthorne LLC of Beaverton is seeking a $4 million permit to build a four-story mixed-use building at 1335 S.E. Hawthorne Boulevard in the Buckman neighborhood. The building will have 39 units and ground-floor retail space. The applicant is Urban Development Group and the contractor is SK Hoff Construction.

• Broadstone Pearl District LLC of Phoenix is seeking a $1.6 million permit on a deferred submittal for post-tensioning reinforcement at 1411 N.W. Quimby St. in the Pearl District. The applicant is Grant Denson and the contractor is Alliance Pacific Northwest Builders.

• Joseph G. Broadford and Hallie L. Bradford are pursuing a $2 million permit to build a four-story multifamily building at 8128 S.E. Sixth Ave. in the Sellwood-Moreland area. The building will have 29 apartments. The applicant is BAMA Architecture and Design. The contractor has not been selected yet.

• UDG 17th & Tenino LLC is seeking an $8 million permit for a four-story building at 1707 S.E. Tenino St. in Sellwood. The building will have 79 apartments and subgrade parking. The applicant is UDG and the contractor is SK Hoff Construction.

• Yong Min Kim of Gresham is seeking a $4.8 million permit for a four-story mixed-use building at 2880 S.E. Division St. in the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood. The building will have 65 apartments and tuck-under enclosed parking. The contractors are Jet Industries and VWR Development.

• Sandra E. Hinckley and Philip R. Steinfeld are seeking a $5.7 million permit to build a four-story apartment building at 4540 S.E. Milwaukie Ave. in Brooklyn. The building will have 44 units. The builder is PDG Construction Services.

• Blake Pomeroy Properties is seeking a $1.1 million permit to build a four-story, five-unit apartment complex at 625 N.E. Randall Ave. in the Kerns neighborhood. The applicant is Moa Architecture and the contractor is Ethan Beck Homes Inc.
