Permits issued

  • Goldy J. Travis was issued a $1.7 million permit for the addition of a sales room at 1212 N.E. 122nd Ave. in the Hazelwood neighborhood. The applicant is Axis Design Group and the contractor is Perlo Construction Group.
  • Brix Maritime Co. was issued a $450,000 permit to demolish a canopy and unpermitted additions at 9030 N.W. St. Helens Road in the Linnton area. The contractor is D&B Company.
  • North Oswego Properties was issued a $597,169 permit for a two-story, seven-unit apartment building at 8015 N. Oswego Ave. in the St. Johns neighborhood. The applicant is Mentrum Architect and the contractor is Evergreen Pacific Inc.
  • The Port of Portland was issued a $5.2 million permit to install a parking area to store new automobiles at 8250 N. Marine Drive in the East Columbia neighborhood.

  • Happy Mist LLC, Peter A. Snoey and JB Powell LLC Snoey of Camas, Washington, are pursuing a $1.4 million permit for a tenant improvement for a new Starbucks franchise at 2880 S.E. Powell Blvd. in Creston-Kenilworth.
  • 3608 N.E. Killingsworth St. LLC is pursuing an $870,000 permit to build a four-story triplex at 3608 N.E. Killingsworth St. in the Concordia neighborhood.
  • Robert C. Foglio of Gladstone is pursuing a $1 million permit to build a three-story, 14-unit apartment building at 2626 N.E. Dekum St. The applicant is Robert Foglio and the contractor is Foglio Homes & Development.
  • 533 N.E. Dekum of Wilsonville is pursuing a $1.9 million permit to build a four-story, 27-unit apartment building at 533 N.E. Dekum St. in Woodlawn. The applicant is Brian Cavanaugh.
  • MMP Investments Oregon LLC is pursuing a $2 million permit to build a five-story, 30-unit apartment building at 1834 N.W. 25th Ave. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is Mentrum Architect. The contractor is Evergreen Pacific Inc.
