Eraut named OADC Construction Practice Group chairman

Rizzo Mattingly Bosworth PC shareholder Allen Eraut has been elected chairman of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel鈥檚 Construction Practice Group. The OADC is Oregon鈥檚 statewide association for defense attorneys. It seeks to increase the professional skill and knowledge of its nearly 700 members, enhance the services of the legal profession to the public, improve the adversary system and work for the prompt and fair disposition of disputes. Eraut concentrates his law practice on construction litigation and the defense of personal injury and property claims.
