Charter Mechanical has promoted Cordell Tietz to president. He has more than 25 years of experience in the mechanical and process piping industry, including the past 10 as a founding member of Charter Mechanical. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University.
