3J Consulting has added Brian O鈥橰ourke聽as a civil designer. He has five years of experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on heavy industrial and large building projects. He will focus on multifamily projects and work for municipal agencies. Currently, O鈥橰ourke is working on a Menlo Drive sidewalk improvement project for the city of Beaverton.
