Ota joins 3J Consulting

3J Consulting has hired Ken Ota as a civil designer. He has experience with roadway design, transportation management plans, truck turning analysis, and materials testing on projects across the country. He will contribute to work performed by the firm鈥檚 transportation and development teams. Ota has begun work on Alderbrook Apartments in Vancouver, Washington, and The Nines at River Ridge in Eugene.
