ZGF Architects has named Toby Hasselgren a partner. He recently relocated from the firm鈥檚 Portland office to its office in Washington, D.C. In 21 years with ZGF, Hasselgren has played an instrumental role in development of projects for a wide variety of clients, including academic institutions, corporations, health care providers and government agencies.
