Lois D. Cohen Associates (LCA) has promoted Joe Tursi to project manager.聽He has a background in sustainability, education and consensus-based decision-making.聽 He is a LEED Green Associate. Currently, Tursi is implementing public involvement programs for the Army Corps of Engineers鈥� Willamette Falls Locks project, and two sewer repair projects for the city of Portland鈥檚 Bureau of Environmental Services.
