Julie Jensen has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as human resources director. She has more than 17 years of experience as an HR leader for a variety of public and private entities with multiple locations. She has served Intel, Bonneville Power Administration, Portland Energy Conservation Inc. and Portland Shriners Hospital for Children.
