Kate Rogers has joined Otak鈥檚 Portland office as a planner. She has three years of experience as well as a master鈥檚 degree in urban and regional planning from Portland State University. Rogers has held a variety of professional positions, including contract planner, project manager, operations coordinator, media analyst and project lead.
