Permits issued

  • Portland Habilitation Center Inc. was issued five permits valued at $4.5 million in total to build one two-story apartment building and four three-story apartment buildings on Southeast 146th Avenue in the Centennial area. The structures will contain a total of 62 units. The applicant is Doug Circosta Architect and the contractor is Silco Commercial Construction.
  • Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare Inc. was issued a $7.2 million permit to build a two-story clinic at 3036 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in the Eliot neighborhood. The applicant is Scott | Edwards Architecture and the contractor is Colas Construction.
  • Work Zone LLC was issued an $11.3 million permit to build a six-story, 113,000-square-foot self-storage facility at 2211 N.W. York St. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits and the contractor is Sea Con LLC of Issaquah, Washington.

  • Pearl District Lodging & Associates LLC is pursuing an $843,784 permit for a restaurant tenant improvement at 354 N.W. Ninth Ave. in the Pearl District. The applicant and contractor is Andersen Construction.
  • The state of Oregon is pursuing a $2 million permit for shoring design to allow for demolition at 611 S.W. Campus Drive in the Homestead area. The applicant is PKA Architects and the contractor is Turner Construction Co.
  • The Port of Portland is seeking a $610,000 permit for a tenant improvement for a beauty supply store at 10245 N.E. Cascades Parkway near the Portland International Airport. The applicant is Centercal Properties LLC and the contractor is Robinson Construction Co.
  • CPUS Cameron LP of Los Angeles is pursuing a $600,000 permit for a warehouse tenant improvement at 16913 N.E. Cameron Blvd. The applicant is Mackenzie and the contractor is Perlo Construction Group.
  • The city of Portland is seeking a $17 million permit to build a 12-story affordable housing building with 93 units. The applicant is LRS Architects and the contractor is Bremik Construction.
  • The Portland Development Commission is pursuing a $500,000 permit to build a two-story mixed-use building with three apartment units at 9316 S.E. Woodstock Blvd. in the Lents area. The applicant and contractor is Lisac Brothers Construction.
  • Rose Point LLC of Camas, Washington, is pursuing a $1 million permit for a six-unit apartment building at 4806 N. Maryland Ave. in the Overlook neighborhood. The applicant is Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits and the contractor is Golden Airwall Inc.
  • HPG 1331 NW 17th LLC of Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a $7 million permit for structural, shoring and ground improvements at 1331 N.W. 17th Ave. in Northwest Portland. The applicant is GBD Architects and the contractor is Holland Construction.
