Permits issued

• NWRC Ventures LLC was issued a $1.3 million permit for a tenant improvement to add partition walls and create new exam rooms and others at 7474 N.E. MLK Blvd. The applicant is One Architecture of Phoenix and the contractor is Western Construction Services of Vancouver, Washington.

• Hoyt Street Properties was issued a $75 million permit to build a 21-story condo tower at the Block 20 site at 1150 N.W. Quimby St. in the Pearl District. The designer is Bora Architects and the contractor is Andersen Construction.

• Powell LLC of Dillard was issued $8 million in permits to build three four-story multifamily apartment buildings in the 3600 block of Southeast 29th Avenue in Creston-Kenilworth. The buildings will hold a total of 75 units. The applicant is Siteworks Design Build and the contractor is Siteworks Inc.

• Park Office LLC of Washington, D.C. was issued a $24.5 million permit to build a six-story office building at 1895 N.W. Front Ave. in Slabtown. The applicant is THA Architecture and the contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis.

• Park Office LLC of Washington, D.C. was issued a $31.6 million permit to build a six-story office building at 2035 N.W. Front Ave. in Slabtown. The applicant is Hacker and the contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis.

Permit intakes

• 6600 NE Sandy Boulevard LLC is seeking a $700,000 permit to add to a dental building at 6600 N.E. Sandy Blvd. in the Roseway area. The applicant is Iselin Architects PC and the contractor has not been determined yet.
