TriMet has hired Patrick Preusser as executive director of transportation. He will lead and manage all operational activities of TriMet鈥檚 transportation division 鈥� all bus, MAX light rail, WES commuter rail and LIFT paratransit programs 鈥� and oversee route scheduling and service delivery. He has 19 years of public and private railway experience, including stints at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the U.S. Federal Railroad Administration, Amtrak and others.
