Permits issued

Fairmount NW LLC was issued a $4.4 million permit for an interior remodel of an apartment building at the Historic Fairmount Apartments at 1920 N.W. 26th Ave. The applicant is Michael Flowers Architect.

The Portland Bureau of Parks and Recreation was issued a $4.4 million permit for new park features at Cully Park, at 5599 N.E. 75th Ave. in Cully. Features include a new youth soccer field, playground equipment, an area for dogs to be off leashes, an intertribal gathering area and trails. The applicant is Verde Builds and the contractor is Northwest Infrastructure LLC.

Permit intakes

6600 N.E. Sandy Boulevard LLC was issued a $700,000 permit for an addition to a single-story dental building at 6600 N.E. Sandy Blvd. in the Roseway area. The applicant is Iselin Architects and the contractor has yet to be selected.
