Rachel Worth has joined the Portland office of K&L Gates LLP. She represents public and private companies and investors in a range of corporate and business transactions, such as debt/equity financings; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; securities offerings; and capital market transactions. She focuses on technology and emerging growth companies. She also counsels companies on corporate formation and funding as well as general corporate governance and compliance matters. Rachel received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
